- Eligibility is linked to the project type requested in Program Area Descriptions beginning in Part I, C (page 5). All project types are described beginning in Part II, C (page 14). Eligible institutions for single function Research Projects are described in paragraph #1 below. Eligible institutions for multi functional Integrated Projects are described in paragraph #2 below.
