Applicants must show that they have expertise and experience in implementing and managing training and technical assistance (TTA) for multifaceted SAC sanctions focused initiatives in community corrections, including pretrial, probation, and parole. In addition, the applicant must show they have the experience and the capacity to provide technical expertise to the judiciary, court personnel, community corrections, law enforcement, and public defenders in implementing SAC initiatives.
