Organizations that applied for and received funding under funding opportunity HHS 2008 ACF OCS ET 0041 are eligible for funding under this announcement. However, applicants that received funding under HHS 2008 ACF OCS ET 0041 must describe new proposed capacity building projects proposed in Part 1 of the grant project (Capacity Building for Ongoing CSBG Programs) that do not duplicate those supported under the previous application. For example, new projects may focus on populations not included in the previous application or on new types of technical assistance not addressed through the previous application. Applicants for funding under this announcement must be recognized by the State CSBG lead agency as a technical assistance provider for eligible entities within the State and must include a letter of endorsement from the State CSBG lead agency. Faith based and community organizations are eligible to apply. Foreign entities are not eligible under this announcement.
