Although there is no statutory match requirement for this FOA, leveraging other resources and related ongoing efforts to promote sustainability is strongly encouraged. Examples include complementary foundation funding, other US government funding sources including programs supported by the Department of Health and Human Services and other agencies such as the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Education, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Department of Transportation, the Environmental Protection Agency, the US Park Service, and other funding sources.
