L. 111 320, an entity must be a tribal organization or a private, non profitorganization that focuses on domestic violence within Indian tribes and that has experience working with Indian tribes and tribal organizations to respond to domestic violence and experience providing Indian tribes and tribal organizations with assistance tribally based domestic violence/dating violenceprevention and intervention services addressing thesafetyof Indian women. For additional details on the eligibility requirements for the NIRC please see Section 310 (c) (2)of the Family Violence Prevention and Services Act, as amended by Section 201 of the CAPTA Reauthorization Act of 2010, Pub. L. 111 320. Faith based and community organizations that meet eligibility requirements are eligible to receive awards under this funding opportunity announcement. Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
