Must be able to show evidence to support partnerships with multiple faith based organizations or institutions. Eligible entities include the following organizations faith based organizations (with or without 501(c)(3) status), community based organizations (with 501(c)(3) status), and tribal government and tribal/urban Indian entities and organizations.
