  • Eligibility is limited to state, local, or other public institution/organizations responsible for commercial airport operations as the certificate holder at airports within their jurisdiction that have incurred increased Law Enforcement Officer service cost after the September 11th, 2001 security mandates. Respective Federal Security Directors concurrence and verification of post September 11th Law Enforcement Officer presence is required at the passenger screening checkpoint.
