This grant opportunity is open to any organization with demonstrated experience working with States on quality in Medicaid home and community based services programs. This experience is further defined as an organization that can demonstrate all of the following Method of Technical Assistance Recipient(s) of Technical Assistance Focus of HCBS Authorities Medicaid authorities Focus of Technical Assistance Provision Publication of HCBS Quality Manuscripts Partner in the Development and Testing of HCBS Measures Please see the solicitation for a description of each of the above. CMS expects to issue a grant award to a non government entity for quality technical assistance activities. Faith based and community organizations are eligible to apply.
