Opportunity Information: Apply for CDC RFA PS15 1507
The National Center for HIV/AIDS, Viral Hepatitis, Sexually Transmitted Diseases, and Tuberculosis Prevention (NCHHSTP) offers a grant opportunity aimed at reducing the incidence and prevalence of these diseases among at-risk populations, particularly adolescents. This initiative recognizes the importance of sharing recent scientific findings but acknowledges the challenges faced by organizations, both governmental and non-governmental, due to financial limitations when hosting conferences.
The funding supports specific non-Federal conferences that address topics related to HIV/AIDS, viral hepatitis, STDs, TB, as well as adolescent and school health. The goal is to improve access to current, evidence-based information, enhance attendees' knowledge, and foster collaboration among professionals. Ultimately, by facilitating these conferences, the program seeks to strengthen the community's response to these health issues and mitigate their impact.Apply for CDC RFA PS15 1507
