Tribal epidemiology centers Universities Urban Indian health organizations 2.Special Eligibility Requirements Special Requirements Funding preference will be given to organizations that represent at least 80 of state, local, and territorial STD prevention programs in the United States with the statutory authority to conduct communicable or infectious disease investigations and can demonstrate experience working in STD related issues at a National level for at least five years. Applicants must upload the membership list by state or territory, and provide at least two examples demonstrating their experience working in STD related issues (e.g., news clippings, briefing documents, fact sheets, white papers, meeting agendas, etc.) in Grants.gov under Other Attachment Forms. Membership documentation should be labeled Documentation of Membership, and documentation of experience should be labeled Experience Example 1, and Experience Example 2.
