This includes community based organizations, both secular and faith based, serving people with disabilities and the workforce system or with demonstrated experience working with national organizations serving people with disabilities, national organizations serving human resource professionals, and national business organizations (2) an educational institution, and (3) a national organization serving a network of employers or employer organizations with demonstrated experience in facilitating a business to business dialogue with employers on the business case for employing people with disabilities. This requirement does not in any way prevent the participation of other entities, which may be integral to the implementation of the project.
