Applicants must include a valid memorandum of understanding (MOU) and a letter of support from the commander of the regional/state ICAC Task Force agency with their applications. OJJDP will accept no other applications. OJJDP welcomes joint applications from two or more eligible applicants however, one applicant must be designated as the primary applicant for correspondence, award, and management purposes and the others as co applicants. Agencies receiving funding under the FY 2010 Law Enforcement Strategies for Protecting Children from Commercial Sexual Exploitation are not eligible to receive funding under this solicitation.
