The applicant must have prior experience with language access and victim services initiatives, especially for victims who are deaf, hard of hearing, and/or have Limited English Proficiency. The applicant agrees to abstain from any outside employment, either compensated or uncompensated, for the duration of the fellowship, unless approved in writing by the Director of OVC. OVC may elect to make awards for applications submitted under this solicitation in future fiscal years, dependent on the merit of the applications and on the availability of appropriations.
