Organizations eligible to receive Extension awards are 1862 and 1890 land grant colleges and universities, including Tuskegee University and West Virginia State University, and the University of the District of Columbia. Research and Extension personnel from other USDA/IPM regions can participate as members of project teams. Applications will only be accepted from Project Directors (PDs) in the Southern IPM Region.
