Opportunity Information: Apply for RDRUS 15 01 RFP
The Revolving Fund Program (RFP) aims to support communities with their water and wastewater systems. Through this program, qualified non-profit organizations can receive grant funds to create a lending program for eligible entities. These entities must meet the criteria set by the Water and Waste Disposal loan and grant programs administered by RUS.
As grant recipients, the non-profits will establish a revolving loan fund to offer loans for predevelopment costs related to water or wastewater projects, as well as for short-term small capital projects that are not part of routine operations.
