For an EMA, this is more than 2,000 AIDS cases, and for a TGA, this is at least 5000 but fewer than 2000 AIDS cases. For an EMA, this is 3000 living cases of AIDS and for a TGA, this is 1,500 living cases of AIDS. Areas are notified by letter when they fall within the savings provisions of the Ryan White legislation.
