The U.S. Embassy Kinshasa Public Affairs Section (PAS) has announced the availability of funding through its Public Diplomacy Small Grants program. This Annual Program Statement outlines the funding priorities, strategic themes, and submission procedures for grant applications.

The purpose of these small grants is to foster exchange between the U.S. and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) to promote mutual respect and understanding. The PAS will support projects that focus on:

Proposals must incorporate an American element, such as featuring an American expert, using U.S. educational materials, or showcasing American films.
