Notice of Intent To Apply Due to the broad nature of the priorities in these competitions, and to assist with the selection of reviewers for these competitions, NIDRR requests that all potential applicants submit a letter of intent (LOI). The submission is not mandatory and the content of the LOI will not be peer reviewed or otherwise used to rate an applicants application.
