Consortia of tribal organizations are eligible to apply, but each participating entity must indicate its approval. The statutory authority for this program prohibits grants to for profit agencies. State applicants must propose to implement a project at a single site within the State and must have a selected site at the time of application. You must complete and sign the A CRA/ACC and GAIN Statement of Assurance (see Appendix K of this RFA). This signed and completed Assurance must be included in Attachment 6 of your application or it will be screened out and not considered for an award.
