Applicants must be registered in country or submit proof that they are seeking registration in Honduras at the time of proposal submission Due to the community oriented focus of this request for proposals, organizations based outside of Honduras are required to identify and work with an implementing partner based in Honduras to ensure local buy in and sustainability. Have demonstrated experience implementing youth at risk or gang prevention projects in Central America preferably with the targeted community (ies) identified in the proposal. Have demonstrated experience working with youth, women, and community leaders to implement one or more of the following youth leadership training, civic education programs, community outreach programs, capacity building, media, social responsibility programs, community police programs. Have existing capacity or ability to develop active partnerships with organizations in Honduras, especially in the field of anti gang training or youth violence prevention
