An intertribal consortium or AI/AN organization is eligible to receive a cooperative agreement if it is incorporated for the primary purpose of improving AI/AN health, and it is representing of the tribes or AN villages in which it is located. Collaborations with regional IHS, CDC, State, or organizations are encouraged and proof of such collaboration must be included in the application.
