The purpose of the Wilson/Fish program is to provide integrated services and cash assistance to refugees in order to increase refugeesapos prospects for early employment and self sufficiency, reduce their level of welfare dependence and promote coordination among voluntary resettlement agencies and service providers. Faith based and community organizations that meet eligibility requirements are eligible to receive awards under this funding opportunity announcement. Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
