Through past collaboration with CDC, the MOH has worked to strengthen its management structure and systems to assure its ability, both in terms of fiscal accountability and managerial leadership, to effectively administer external funding for HIV/AIDS programs. This agreement builds upon the past CDC MOH collaboration by increasing the capacity of the MOH to monitor and continually improve the quality of health services in Swaziland through nationally owned quality assurance (QA) and accreditation programs.
