Entities eligible to apply for funds under this program announcement are limited to the 42 current ADD grantees that are designated UCEDDs whose 5 year funding will end on June 30, 2012. Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
