Beneficiary Eligibility Any public or private nonprofit and for profit childrens teaching hospital with an accredited residency training program which meet all the above eligibility requirements may apply. Children s hospitals applying for CHGME payment grant funds must be training residents during the Federal Fiscal Year for which they apply for funds.
