All information in the July 29, 2009, notice remains the same, except for the following update to the DATES section. Deadline for Transmittal of Applications December 4, 2009, by 43000 p.m., Washington, DC time.. (Agency may still review applications by suitable applicants for the remaining/unused allocated funding in 2024.)
- The funding agency has allocated a total of $2,000,000.00 to eligible and selected applicants.
- Each selected applicant is eligible to receive up to $20,000,000.00 in funding.
- Eligible applicants include: Others (see text field entitled Additional Information on Eligibility for clarification).
