The Department will hold a pre application meeting for prospective applicants on Friday, March 26, 2010, from 130 p.m. to 330 p.m. at the U.S. Department of Education, Barnard Auditorium, 400 Maryland Avenue, SW., Washington, DC. Interested parties are invited to participate in this meeting to discuss the purpose of the MSAP, competitive preference priorities, selection criteria, application content, submission requirements, and reporting requirements. Interested parties may participate in this meeting either by conference call or in person. This site is accessible by Metro on the Blue, Orange, Green, and Yellow lines at the Seventh Street and Maryland Avenue exit of the LEnfant Plaza station. After the meeting, MSAP staff also will be available from 330 p.m. to 430 p.m. on that same day to provide information and technical assistance through individual consultation. Individuals interested in attending this meeting are encouraged to pre register by e mailing their name, organization, and contact information with the subject heading PRE APPLICATION MEETING to [email protected]. There is no registration fee for attending this meeting.
