The Department is holding a separate competition for CSP grants to non SEA eligible applicants under CFDA numbers 84.282B and 84.282C. The notice inviting applications for new awards under CFDA numbers 84.282B and 84.282C will be published later in FY 2015. Additional information about the competitions for non SEA eligible applicants is available at www2.ed.gov/about/offices/list/oii/csp/index.html.
